The 15th century building used as a watchtower by the Knights of Malta, was lovingly restored to its original architectural glory in the early 1990’s and then opened as a boutique hotel a few years later. The main restaurant with its arched vaults dating back to the 1700’s is renowned both locally and internationally for its excellent food.
