Overview
Set in the Parc Natural de Sintra-Cascais, the Sheraton Cascais Resort enjoys a secluded location just a few miles from two world-class golf courses and the beaches at Cascais and Guincho. Guest accommodation is modern and spacious, with every comfort in mind and set amongst the beautiful, landscaped gardens, views of which can be enjoyed from the large balcony/terrace. Fine dining with a Mediterranean menu is on offer at the Glass Terraced Restaurant, providing lovely garden views enjoyed both during the day and lit-up at night or alternatively hearty Italian fare is served at Kimya, offering a more casual setting. Light snacks and a variety of beverages are available throughout the day at the modern Flow Bar. Guests can enjoy an energizing work out at the well-equipped gym, an invigorating swim in the two heated outdoor swimming pools or simply relax on a lounger on the pool-side terrace surrounded by the gardens.
Further relaxation is available with a range of treatments and massages to choose from at the Spa as well as a lap pool, therapy baths and make-up services. Guests staying on a golfing break have a choice of four 18 golf courses within 20 minutes drive, Quinta da Marinha, Oitavos Dunes, Estoril and Penha Longa. The nearest are Quinta da Marinha (par 72) designed by Robert Trent Jones and the Arthur Hills designed Oitavos Dunes (par 71) with stunning views of the Sintra Mountains and Atlantic Ocean, considered by some as the No1 golf course in Portugal.
