Overview
Located in central Algarve near the town of Silves, this award winning resort consists of a mix of modern designed apartments and villas, set in landscapes gardens. The apartments have communal swimming pools and children’s pools whilst all the villas have their own private swimming pools. The town of Armacao de Pera with its sandy beaches, restaurants and bars is within easy drive. There are two 18 holes Par 72 championship golf courses; the Oceanico Faldo Course and the Oceanico O’Connor Jnr course, which are overlooked by the magnificent clubhouse. The Oceanico Academy 9 hole, Par 3, floodlit course and the Amendoeira Golf Academy & Fitting Suite offer state-of-the-art practice facilities. Other sports are available at the Sports Club including football, tennis and a gymnasium.
All accommodation types include a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwater, fridge/freeze, microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, blender and kitchenware. They also have a spacious lounge, dinning area. One bedroom apartments have one bathroom and two bedrooms have two bathrooms, the apartments are located on the ground floor, there are patio doors to a terrace from the living room. In most Villa units, the living room doors lead to a balcony and bedroom doors lead to the private pool. They are all set in beautifully landscaped gardens. Three bedroom villas have three bathrooms and four bedroom villas have four bathrooms, both have a guest toilet and a roof terrace.
