Overview
Iberostar Andalucia Playa is a hotel surrounded by great history, as Barrosa Beach witnessed the defeat of Napoleon at the hands of the Anglo-Spanish army. The hotel also features a gym, Spa and beauty salon features a waterfall pool and whirlpool bath that includes face and body treatments, a steam room, or simply relax on a sun lounger by the hotel pool, a spa, pools, evening activities and the beautiful Barrosa Beach on your doorstep.. There are three restaurants at the hotel offering a variety of cuisine from a BBQ grill menu at the flagship Cataria Restaurant, a buffet-style at D’CAI Cocina de Mercado, or some traditional Andalusian fish dishes at La Bodega Restaurant. For some lively entertainment venture to the Sea Soul Beach Club, where you will be greeted with live music and a bar, there is also a lobby and pool bar. The Children will also have fun at this hotel with a mini club for ages 4-12, a children’s pool and the IBEROSTAR Sports centre featuring with over 10 tennis courts. Golfers are spoilt with two on-site courses at Sancti Petri Golf Club that come highly recommended the Centro and Mar - Pinos. Both offer undulating fairways complemented with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. One of the bunkers even takes the form of an 'S' to honour the architect who designed his first golf course in Spain - the great Seve Ballesteros.
