Terms & Conditions
ExclusivePoints Rewards Programme
All participants of the ExclusivePoints Rewards Programme must be aged 18 years or over and have registered with either one of our brands Exclusive Golf or Exclusive Travellers, as only Club Members are eligible to earn and spend points.
HOW TO EARN POINTS
Once registered you automatically receive 100 points = £10, if a current or previous client then you will be rewarded with an additional 300 points.
For every £10 you spend is equal to 1 point, please note this can be altered at our discretion and without notice.
ExclusivePoints can be earned when booking a trip with Exclusive Golf and then added to the club member’s account for future trips.
Any ExclusivePoints earned will be credited to the members account on the day they return from their trip.
Only the Club Member whose name the booking is confirmed under will earn the points for that particular trip.
Points cannot be earned on golf tournaments or society golf days booked through Exclusive Golf.
The ExclusivePoints Loyalty Programme once effective must be redeemed within 24 months otherwise they will auto cancel.
Points cannot be earned on any payment returned to the member due to a cancelled booking or refund and this includes any bonus points that the member was eligible for the trip; we will honour points on non refundable deposits.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS
ExclusivePoints accumulated in members accounts are only redeemable in multiples of a minimum 500 Points and cannot be earned in conjunction with any other money off or value added offer. However we reserve the right to change this at any time without notice. If we send out a quotation within the same calender year the loyalty points earned will automatically be deduct so not lose out on their value. When receiving a quote we will automatically deduct the points from the quote before returning it to.
Only the club member who is the lead name on the booking is able to redeem their points when making a booking as the group organiser.
ExclsuivePoints cannot be redeemed for cash value or any other form of payment. Points are not transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual club member whose points are credited to. Joint accounts are not available.
ExclsuivePoints if not used in a calender year will however we do reserve the right to change this at any time and without notice or decide on the flexibility of expiry.
We reserve the right to add or remove points from a user's account at any time with due reason, with or without the permission of the user.
Please note that your personal details will be only be used by us and under no circumstances will we offer or sell them to any third party companies.
When you sign up for members you also give permission to us on occasions to send you special offers, promotions and any new relevant information.
Exclusive Golf reserve the right to decline an application to join the ExclusivePoints Rewards Programme or withdraw the membership of any member from the programme; alter or amend the conditions of operation of the programme; or to terminate the programme at any time without notice.
